KLOD Privacy Policy

Thinka LLC operates KLOD: AI Virtual Try-On. This policy explains how KLOD handles information when you sign in, create an AI virtual model, try on clothes and manage your wardrobe.
Information collected and purposes
- Account: name, email address, authentication identifiers and profile photo, to create and manage your account and respond to support requests. Email/password and supported social sign-in are processed using Firebase Authentication.
- Photos and generated images: photos, selfies and clothing images you choose to upload, virtual model images, and generated try-on results, to provide virtual try-on and wardrobe features. Choosing a photo uses the Android system photo picker; taking a new photo uses camera permission. KLOD does not require unrestricted access to your photo library.
- Preferences: selected region, gender, height, sizing, style preferences, onboarding answers, wardrobe items and outfit selections, to personalize your experience. Region information is provided by you; KLOD does not require precise GPS location.
- Purchases: subscription product identifiers, purchase history and verification tokens to manage paid access, verify transactions and prevent fraud. Google Play or Apple handles payment; KLOD does not receive your payment card details.
- Usage and security: generation and trial usage, account activity, and technical identifiers and IP information processed by authentication/hosting providers, for app operation, usage measurement, security and fraud prevention.
- Content reports: the image reference, reason and optional details you submit when reporting an AI output, for moderation and improving content safety. Do not include unnecessary personal information in reports.
Off-device processing and service providers
KLOD uploads selected photos and clothing images to its server and sends them to Google Gemini to generate virtual models and try-on images. This processing occurs off your device. Authentication is provided through Firebase Authentication; hosting and app-store providers process information needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or with your consent. Processing can take place outside your country.
Your choices and account deletion
You can decline camera/photo selection and choose which images to provide. Account sign-in is needed for account-based features; purchases are optional. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting info@thinka.co.site.
Delete your KLOD account and associated data: this page prominently explains the in-app and email request paths, data types, timing and subscription information. You can also request deletion of selected photos or other data without deleting the account.
Retention and security
We retain account and saved content while needed to provide the service. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days, except information that must be kept for legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention reasons. Authentication and payment providers may retain records under their applicable retention requirements. We use HTTPS for data in transit and access controls to protect information; no system is completely secure.
Age requirement
KLOD is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. People under 18 must not use KLOD. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
